Redmond K12 Online is now… RSDFlex!

RSDFlex is designed to increase choices for families beyond the traditional classroom.

Beginning in the 2021-2022 school year, here’s how the new and updated offerings at RSDFlex will look:

K-5

FlexConnect (K-5) – An online option for families that is supported and facilitated by Redmond School District teachers using the nationally recognized Connections Learning platform/curriculum. The FlexConnect program provides the greatest level of RSD teacher support, as well as options for student-centered clubs/activities.

FlexUnPlugged (K-5) – Families will have access to standards-based curriculum offline (Evan-Moor Curriculum) with RSD teacher support. Students enrolled in this program will receive a monthly stipend to apply toward extracurricular activities, as well as have access to iReady digital resources for personalized instruction. Optional on-site, in-person enrichment classes will be offered to students enrolled in this option.

*In our continued effort to support family choice within the community, the Redmond School District will continue our partnership with the K12/Stride program (formerly known as FuelEd) as an option for K-8 students.

Middle School

FlexMS (6-8) – Redmond School District uses the nationally recognized Connections Learning program as the online option for students in grades 6-8. This option is designed for students and families who feel an online learning experience would best fit their students’ needs regardless of the current circumstances regarding the pandemic.
