RSDFlex

Families enrolled in RSDFlex K–5 may request reimbursement of up to $250 per student per semester for approved enrichment activities. Activities must take place during the school year and be provided through a registered, secular (non-religious) business.

Examples of Reimbursable Activities

• Sports programs
• Lessons (swim, music, horse riding, etc.)
• Art or cooking classes
• Field trip entrance fees
• Subscriptions (must receive prior approval)
• Instrument rental fees

Not Reimbursable

❌ Enrollment or registration fees
❌ Rent-to-own instruments
❌ Non-consumable items (school supplies, books, etc.)
❌ Gas or transportation to activities

Reimbursement Timeframes

• Semester 1: Activities between September 2 – December 31
  Submissions are due Jan 10, 2025
• Semester 2: Activities between January 1 – June 11
  Submissions are due Jun 10, 2025

Payments are issued the first week of the month following submission. Example: If you submit your request by January 10, reimbursement will be processed by the first week of February.
