Hello FLEX Students and Families!

Welcome to the 2026-207 school year! We hope everyone has had a great start this year. We have had some great changes with our Secondary school! A bigger space on the opposite side of Ridgeview has been great for our team and students! Upcoming Middle School Enrichment days and more!

Open Office Hours

Open Office Hours have started! We have moved the time by 10 minutes!
Monday-Friday 9:40AM-11:40AM 
 

Middle School Enrichment Days!

Come join us for Middle School Enrichment Days! A time just for our Flex middle schoolers to engage with peers and have some fun! Each Thursday during office hours. We hope to see you there! Please reach out to your advisor teacher with questions.

Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences for Middle School and High School Flex students will be on October 22nd from 3:00-7:00 and then October 23rd from 7:30-11:30am. We will send out a link and instructions on how to schedule your conferences soon!

Attendance Survey
It is very important that students are filling out the attendance survey each school day, as well as making progress in their classes. Hillary Parker sends the attendance survey to students through Student Square each day. Please check in with your student to ensure they are receiving this email. If they are not, please reach out to Hillary at the Flex Center hillary.parker@redmondschools.org.

Progress Reports
Advisor Teachers have started sending out progress reports to parents/guardians yesterday so please look out for those. These will be sent out at the beginning of each week. If you are not receiving these reports please let your students advisor teacher know!

Parent Observer Accounts
Parent Observer accounts are ready! Remember you can login and see your student's progress. Please use the following Pearson link to login to your observer account. 

The observer’s login information is the same as your student with the exception of adding a capital P before the six-digit number. The username and password are the same. 
example:
Observer Username: P###### 
Observer Password: P######

Seniors! Please look out for future parent square posts and look at the boundary schools websites for important senior dates!

Personal Electronic Device Policy


The Redmond School District still has the personal electronic device policy this year. This applies to all RSDFlex students while visiting the Flex Center. If your student is attending Open Office Hours please remind them of this policy. District Personal Electronic Device Policy
